The Australian Art Collective acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands from which this diverse body of work originates. We value and respect the work, integrity and expressions of the artists and the importance of Aboriginal art and culture in our society.

Specialising in Australian Aboriginal Art that is authentic & affordable. We believe that everyone should have access to art that reflects their personality and their country.

The Australian Art Collective was founded by Stuart in 2024. A Visual and Performing Arts teacher in Naarm/Melbourne, Stuart has a particular interest in Australian and Indigenous Art, and Interior Design. A long-time collector of art himself, Stuart’s passion for Aboriginal Art began with a chance meeting and subsequent friendship with respected art dealer, and mentor, the late Jennifer Dudley. He began volunteering in her gallery- helping her install paintings, cataloguing, and eventually selling- and along the way, discovered his calling.

Stuart loves engaging the viewer with an artist’s story and history. He believes deeply in supporting Australian artists and guiding a new audience in the pleasures of starting one’s own personal collection. From here, Stuart founded the Australian Art Collective with the premise that Art is for Everyone. Art can also be affordable and accessible. Stuart can assist you in buying art and starting your own collection, and how to place your art in a way that will enhance the space.

The purpose of the Australian Art Collective is to bring the charm and breadth of Australian art into your home or workplace. Whether you are a seasoned collector, or new to the world of Aboriginal art, we invite you to discover what our diverse collection represents: one that honours the traditions and stories of Australia’s First Nations peoples.
